Using Guyd.me
By creating an account you agree to these terms. You need to be at least 13 years old to use Guyd.me, and you are responsible for keeping your login details safe.
Your content
Trips, lists, photos, notes and ratings you add stay yours. You give us permission to store and display them so the app can work, including showing them to anyone you share a link with. Only upload photos and information you have the right to share.
Sharing and other people
Share links are unguessable web addresses. Anyone who has the link can open it, so only send links to people you trust, and revoke a link when you no longer want it used. If you share your live location, you are choosing to let people with that link see where you are.
AI suggestions and travel information
Routes, venues, opening times, prices and deals are suggestions generated from AI and third-party data. They can be wrong or out of date. Always check details with the venue before you travel or spend money. Guyd.me is a planning tool, not a booking service or a guarantee.
Safety
Use your own judgement while travelling. Follow local laws, road rules and signage, and do not rely on the app for navigation in situations where a mistake could put you in danger.
Fair use
Do not misuse the service: no scraping, no attempts to break security, no uploading unlawful, abusive or harassing content, and no using the app to track someone without their knowledge.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from your profile page. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page will change when we do. Questions can go to hello@guyd.me.
